Until a couple of weeks ago, this would have been a five-star review. Now, with the move of our excellent regular postie Justin, the service has almost disappeared.

Last week, when I tried to arrange a parcel collection, the website said it wasn't possible. I tried again the next day, and succeeded in booking it, but the postie showed up next day with no collection instructions or label.

This week, now late-Wednesday, we haven't had a delivery all week. We normally get mail every day except perhaps once per month or twice in a barren month.

To add insult to injury, they use a rip-off 0844 number, if you want to contact them, and no email address is provided.

Appalling. Any savings in labour cut-backs are going to cost them severely in lost business. It's back to UPS/DPD/Evri for me.

This is a concern about re-delivery, why does it take a couple of days before you can redeliver an item? If we get a card and request it next day that should be a reasonable request? we now pay a lot to post items this service needs bringing up to date. Postman are good generally unless a relief is on and they don't try as hard as they should to deliver to a neighbour if not in. So apart from this not a bad service.

My Post box is at the south end of first avenue.
The last collection of the day is 9AM which means that it takes another day to return say a signed document.
How can this be called service?
