West Park Flats and Villas provide great en-suite rooms with shared kitchen facilities. Some flats also come with a communal lounge area as well. Access to our spacious common room in the West Park Villas is included. This area has a large TV, a games console and private study booths.

Located only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Dundee, there is a great range of restaurants, bars and clubs as well as excellent shopping. St Andrew's is just across the water for those looking to explore the surrounding area too.

Our rent is inclusive of bills, contents insurance, 24-hour security, maintenance and 250 Mb/s Wi-Fi! We have a limited number of permitted parking spaces available for residents, purchased from our main office at Heathfield.
