I have lived at my address for 17 years and have regularly received mail meant for others. Despite complaints to Royal Mail H.O. miss deliveries are still being made. Royal Mail can't even deliver to the correct post code. I have no problems with parcel deliveries from their competitors. Why can't the postmen replicate that service. Incompetence, could't care less attitude and laziness sum up Royal Mail. I look forward to Royal Mail losing their monopoly on letter delivery.

I'm from Liverpool and my sister lives in Nantwich I recently sent a birthday card on Wednesday 15th February '17 for a birthday on Friday 17th with a first class stamp at a Liverpool post office put it in the post box myself the card never got got there. This isn't the first time its happened 3 times with other family members too sending post to my sisters in Nantwich. whats going on with your sorting office not happy!!!!

Attempted to collect a parcel today with the red slip left by the postman. The member of staff queried the address details and I explaned the initials were my name and my husband. As surname had not been put on the address could not collect with ID (bank card with full name and signature). Wanted me to return with driving licence and I stated that I did not wish to do this as the location is not easy to get to and lots of traffic!! Poor service so ended up asking that they return the parcel back to sender as to get back to Milner Street is not an easy task!!!

I have an item overdue on a guaranteed 9am-1.pm service. Your tracking service is totally useless for overdue items. It leads you up a blind alley, it is an insult to people who use your service. Finally spoke to a real person who was sympathetic but was unable give me an eta for my package. Only thing that seemed certain was that it would not be today. Seems that the day finishes before 2.00pm for Royal Mail. I would suggest that the word guarantee as used by you has a different meaning to what the general public understands it to mean. Had to tick a star but not even worth one.

2 birthday cards were posted in oldham on 24/9, to be delivered to sandbach,cheshire. 1 was delivered this morning 30/9,no sign of the other and both were 1st class delivery. absolutely disgraceful. needless to say the said birthday was 25/9,how do you think it feels when a man of 78 thinks his daughter and granddaughter have forgotten his birthday?

Hi, bought an item off ebay and the post office tried to deliver the item on 3/7/14 to my address,but there was no one in .The post man/woman took the item back to the post office but they did not leave any card to say that they had been. This has caused myself and the sender a great deal of trouble and worry by having to go back and to to the post office to find out where this item has been for 2 weeks . I have had many parcels delivered before and had cards posted for collection. When my wife went to see if the item was at the sorting office, they did not believe her when she told them that the postman never left a card for collection.and would not release the item without one,
I am not at all happy with the service as items have also just been left on my door step and not signed for when we have been out.
