Having lived in Upton St Leonards for 5 years. I find the Post Office staff in the local shop unfriendly and anti social. Today, at 15.20 hrs they refused to even sell me a stamp for an urgent letter saying they are closed on New Years Eve. Yet the person concerned was sitting at the counter. I was not aware that New Years Eve is public holiday.
