Top Notch Loft's did a loft conversion for us in Feb 2025, Jordan and his team were lovely and the build itself was great. Unfortunately when his scaffolding team came to take down our scaffolding they damaged our sunroom roof. I told Jordan about it immediately but on the occasions he said he'd come and fix it he didn't turn up and ignored my emails and messages It is a real shame because I've given him so many opportunities to put it right and I've waited months to write a review hoping he'd sort the issue so l could give a better review, but he hasn't. It would also seem our 10 year guarantee isn’t worth anything as we have had another issue and Jordan just doesn’t answer my email.
