My three year old grandson gets historical when having his hair cut. Went to Chalam who remained calm and made my grandson at ease managed to cut his hair without a tear.
Was gentle and allowed my grandson to become at ease and explore the barbers.
All I can say after two years of screaming and tears this was the first time he did not cry and even said he will go back
