Having been stuck in self-employment for 5 years, and lucky to get an initial mortgage from only 2 years financial records, I needed to get a fixed rate mortgage before the rate rise, I chose Street Mortgage Solutions Ltd to find the best mortgage for me - I wasn't disappointed - Madelein sourced a mortgage for me, which went 'smoothly' (well, as smoothly as self employed mortgage solutions go), and I was pleased with the result!! Wow what can I say, Madelein who runs her own business, Street Mortgages, is a truly remarkable lady. We were looking for advice as we were buying our first home. Madelein was more helpful than you can imagine. We arrived for our meeting and she greeted us with a big smile and talked us through everything. We piled on the questions and the paperwork and not once did she say "that's not my area" she went beyond with help and support. She was always at the end of the phone no matter what day or time. It truly is thanks to Madelein that we were able to get our perfect house!! Give her a call no matter how small your question, she can advise and help you and make you feel things are possible no matter what your situation is.
