Steel City 60

Organised by Fortitude Racing Limited, the Steel City 60 is an ultra distance trail race, which is open for walkers, runners and relay teams of 6. The route traverses moorland, wetland, woodland and follows public footpaths and trails round the boundary of Sheffield. The event takes place on 22nd April 2023 and starts and finishes at St Georges Park, Thorncliffe, Sheffield. There will be 6 well stocked feedstations, all providing refreshments and food, whilst all participants will have chip timing. Whilst we hope all participants will complete the route, we appreciate the immense challenge that the distance and terrain represents, so transport support will be provided for retirees to be taken back to the finish. Our start and finish offer superb facilities including parking, changing rooms, toilets, showers and a cafe.
