Both myself and my husband were seen on the same day and received excellent service from Natalie and the optometrists. Had to take one pair back as we're not sitting correctly and once again Natalie dealt with us professionally and courteously assuring us that if my husband was still not satisfied the frames would be changed. Altogether a very good experience, thankyou.
