Last month after an eye test at Specsavers Bodmin I was asked to return 10 later to collect my new glasses. I arrived and discovered that I was only able to see out of one of the lenses. I was told I needed another eye test. No apology or explanation was given. Another wait and I had my second eye test. Ten days later I arrived to collect my second new pair of specs only to find that I both lenses were wrong. I was speechless. The staff were quite indifferent about the situation and offered yet another eye test in 2 weeks time, that would have been 3 eye tests for one pair of glasses. Still no apology or explanation. Needless to day I refused and emailed the manager to tell him what was happening in his branch. He apologised and tried to persuade me to have another eyes test. I demanded a refund. What a fiasco! At least those of you reading this will be aware of the complete lack of professionalism available at this shope on Bodmin High Street.
