Earlier this evening my wife and I called in to this petrol station as it was closing as my wife was desperate to use a toilet. I asked the lady on the forecourt if my wife could use the toilet, the lady in question, Elizabeth, was most helpful and said yes, no problem. So my wife was able to relieve herself in comfort, as we had to travel to the North of Wooler. Please can you tell Elizabeth's manager how grateful we are for her humanity, she is a credit to your company.
