I've been training here for 1 ½ years now and I'm always excited for my next class. The gym is an amazing, fun, clean place to train bjj, the instructors Adam and Dave have created a great training atmosphere, and all the members have made me feel welcome.

For something that can be quite scary to start not knowing anyone, the instructors and pupils are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about trying martial arts

This gym is awesome, the teachers inspire the students to train and compete, leading by example. Higher belts are super helpful to new-comers and are always passing on their knowledge and encouraging newbies. Amazing environment to train in! ! 10/10

Adam and Dave are excellent instructors. The Dojos balance of technique, drills and fighting is really effective at teaching and grounding concepts and learning the art of Jiu-jitsu. I would highly recommend to both newcomers and experienced fighters.

Sasquatch Studios is a fantastic place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo and MMA. The instructors are all black belts and very knowledgeable. If you want a sport that will push you to your limits, keep your body and mind active try one of the beginners programs, you are given a free Gi when you sign up! What have you got to lose?

Had never done anything like this before, right from the start, was made to feel welcome and included, fantastic instruction, great people participating. After completing the beginners course, have now signed up to full membership. No matter your age or ability, give it a go.

This is the place to come if you are even the slightest bit interested in BJJ. Adam and Dave have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They teach to every level from complete beginner to black belt. I absolutely love training here and have been made to feel welcome and included. Thanks guys.

Adam is a very knowledgeable black belt instructor who competes regularly and has a way of explaining the concept of Jiu JItsu in a very simple way. He also keeps it very professional and friendly at the same time !
