We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop has an open layout spread over two floors (lift and stair access to upper floor), with or florist on the ground floor opposite the tills, and our spa upstairs at the back of the store. If you're popping in to visit us - ask for the shop tour!
We'd love for you to try out our products to find what's right for you, so we have a range of instore services to offer!
The shop and spa are fully wheelchair accessible
We have customer accessible toilets.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
