We offer a host of activities for you to try here at Loftus Leisure Centre. Our gym includes a huge variety of cardio and resistance equipment, while you’re sure to find a class to suit you in our group exercise programme, including yoga, dance fitness, kettlebells, Pilates, Legs Bums and Tums, and more.
Furthermore, we also have two swimming pools in which you can enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, casual swim sessions, aqua aerobics classes and family fun sessions too - we even offer pool inflatable birthday parties for children!
We also have a squash court available throughout the year, while you can relax and unwind in our health suite that includes a sauna and steam room.
