The illegible hand writing on the missed you note stopped me from rescheduling the delivery. I was told the package was arriving on Wednesday and in fact arrived on Thursday. The delivery service is so unpredictable and I'm fed up of picking up their elastic bands from my drive! :(

called 4 times, waited for over 30 minutes no-one answered. Disgraceful service

I tried three times to contact the Sorting Office using the 'phone number given above. No-one answered the 'phone. Very poor.

No way to contact anyone if one has a problem. Normal postman suddenly routed to another route as of today (9/9/13) and we now have NO delivery today. Appalling behaviour. I need travel documents to come through on a regular basis - daily delivery is essential in the mornings in order for them to be turned around and sent out to clients same day.

If someone answered the phone(s) that would be helpful.
