This is my fourth Landrover over the past years and I can honestly say that the experience dealing with Harwoods Basingstoke is the worst customer service experience to date.
Extremely poor communication and very poor delivery (several technical and cosmetic issues). The pre-approved checklist was clearly not carried through in the thorough manner one would expect from a premium brand with premium prices.
Harwoods Basingstoke puts the good brand of Landrover to shame. Give this dealership a miss and go elsewhere.
