Grounded Stream Counselling offers counselling for adults, young people and parents in Northampton and online across the UK. You may know exactly what you want to talk about, or simply know that something does not feel right. Perhaps the same situations keep repeating, relationships have become difficult, or the way you have been managing things is no longer working. My approach is pluralistic, which means we work together to find a way of working that makes sense for you. Rather than assuming there is one explanation or one way forward, we can look more closely at your experiences, patterns and the things you may not have considered before. Sometimes understanding begins simply by looking again.
