I bought a small item off Ebay It was delivered 26th of may to argos.inside sainsburies. the seller made a mistake it was sent direct not useing click and collect. I went to argos yarmouth with ebay details ect the did not want to know pure ignorance did not even ask my name or check if they had my item pure ignorance.What has happened to customer care in their case its a case of we do not care. I am going back with pics of my invoice and delivery notice if they do noth i am not leaving the queue.
