Do not use Grand Designs.
Inferior quality work carried out on my patio.
All the pointing on th slabs have come out and a few slabs that are moving.
It has been 12 months and I have called their representative Carl on numerous occasions to rectify the matter but all I get is false promises.
It has been three months since I have been in contact and keep getting told I will be there tomorrow but no one turns up. Very bad customer service.
They take your money and leave with the mess of sorting out this poor quality workmanship.
Looks good initially but give it 12 months and you will see the difference.
