This is our second survey from GB Residential Surveys and it was as excellent as the first. They are clear in communication, thorough with the survey, and efficient with providing the results.

Gary was really professional and was able to book in and complete the survey within 3 days of contacting him. Gary was really great - able to do the survey much faster than anyone else we saw, and for a brilliant price too. Very responsive via email and helped explain the survey results - would definitely recommend :)

The survey was carried out very quickly- within a few days of booking and the report arrived within a couple of days. Queries were rapidly replied to.

Gary moved quickly and carried out a very detailed survey, highlighting a lot of issues that would've gone otherwise unnoticed. Some of the points highlighted may give us room to renegotiate the price of the house we're buying, so he's saved us more than a few quid.
Can't recommend enough, quality and detailed survey provided in a short turn around (I had the survey back within a week of opening comms).

Very prompt service as I needed the survey carried out before Christmas and lots of places were booked up untill mid January but Gary managed to get me in on a Saturday in plenty of time prior to Christmas.
A very comprehensive report with any major or minor issues highlighted at the beginning of the report to save me trauling through the entire report to find anything of real concern. Delivered promptly after I had made full payment with evidence of any relevant tests carried out.
On the whole very happy with report and any follow up that I required afterwards also great follow up to any queries I had, no complaints and a fraction of the price compared to some other quotes.

The report provided was very thorough and covered all aspects required in depth.
