This is our second survey from GB Residential Surveys and it was as excellent as the first. They are clear in communication, thorough with the survey, and efficient with providing the results.

Gary was really professional and was able to book in and complete the survey within 3 days of contacting him. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend Gary. Gary went though our new build home with huge attention to details. Gary provided an excellent well laid out report that easily identified any issues with our home. We have been able to send this directly to our developer.

Excellent service, first contact was with Martin explained what to expect on the day of my survey and found a suitable date and time.
My surveyor was Gary, he arrived early. We had a chat about the property and I left him to it. Gary did a really good job on our survey with lots of information on the whole property (level 3) lots of pictures from all angles inside and out, even the street. Price was good and he was very quick to do this and send to me once payment was sent. He was also available for any questions I needed answering afterwards, definitely 5 stars .

Gary was very efficient and provided a comprehensive survey. He was responsive to e-mails, and got the survey arranged and completed extremely efficiently.
The actual survey report was very long (and comprehensive), and had a number of areas which guided through it.
I will be using him again if/when we buy another house. If we don't buy another house, I will be recommending him to others.

GB were absolutely brilliant in every aspect. The survey was conducted quickly and the results sent over in equal fashion. The survey conducted was incredibly thorough and offered some excellent guidance about how to proceed with any issues presented. Their communication through email was always very helpful and prompt. Given all of these reasons and the very fair price offered, I would highly recommend GB for any survey needed.

We were very pleased with the service provided. Quick response, did the survey quicker than anticipated as we were in a rush. Very thorough report with lots of pictures to help visualise it all. Had the opportunity to go through the main points of the survey over the phone and he took time to explain it all to us and answer our questions. Very good service.

Gary came to conduct the survey on the house I was selling, and was really impressed by how thorough and professional he was. Due to this I asked him to conduct the survey on the new property I was buying. Highly recommended!
