"We are very pleased we found falcon windows - we had no prior experience or recommendation to go by. The prompt response to quotation and willingness to negotiate the good price was obviously important. We did feel as if there was some loss of communication between surveyor and the rest of the team but were impressed with how quickly and with little fuss the issue with the window boards was dealt with.The fitters were very impressive, their workmanship and tidiness. We were very happy to have them in the house while we were at work. A good job Falcon Windows."
