We are a adult day service that promotes health and well being to adults with any physical and mental disability. We thrive on creating a safe, happy environment with structured social activities and gentle exercise. We offer a variety of programs which promote diversity of choice, interest and experience. Our aim is to improve social skills and mental health whilst building self confidence, and gaining new friendships.
