Dave Bear Care Home Entertainer (Preston, Blackpool. Lancashire)

Dave has been coming to our home for 10 years and is enjoyed by everyone. He is so friendly and seen as part of our home. Fantastic singer and entertainer.

Dave Bear is a wonderful entertainer, he understands his audience’s needs and always makes sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Each month he varies the show and encourages the residents to sing along to the songs too. We can’t recommend Dave enough x

Before this Lockdown and Coronavirus Pandemic we used Dave Bear regularly to come and sing at our Care Home. Dave has a brilliant rapport with our Guests and Staff. He is just like one of our own and we love to welcome him each time. Dave Bear is a brilliant Entertainer. He always tries hard to get everyone engaging and joining in. We cannot wait to welcome back Dave Bear, to bring some pleasure and delight, back into our Care Home. Thank you.

We created a post on Social Media looking for some help to arrange Entertainment for our Scottish Themed Burns Night Celebrations in Chorley, Lancashire. Dave came forward and provided an hour of Singing and Interaction for our Dementia Residents and their families. It was fantastic. We would recommend Dave Bear, nice guy and dedicated to what he does. 5***** 10/10

We had the pleasure of Dave Bear helping us out with a Charity Night for our Care Home in Lytham.
Everything was amazing from start to finish.
Residents and families loved him.
He is able to perform songs from many Era's and encourages everyone to join in.
Dave has a great manner and we would definitely use his services again.

When I started my care home job in Fleetwood, near Blackpool a couple years ago, the one name that kept popping up was Dave Bear for entertainment. Being a bit nervous I rang Dave Bear and I feel that we have never looked back! Dave has supported me, but most importantly our residents. He engages with our residents and also gives me a quick nudge of his head if he spots an issue before me! Just of late Dave is helping me to divide his time on both floors of our home, trying to encourage fellow residents to take part and most importantly easing the pressure for all of our colleagues from transporting residents to and from events. As Dave pointed out to me, its the quality he gives to the residents, rather than the quantity in numbers. So on behalf of our residents and me Thank you so much for bringing so much pleasure to our residents and our home.
