Wandsworth Common Day Nursery and Preschool provides children aged between 6 months and 5 years old. The nursery has good car parking facilities and excellent access to public transport. We are open from 7.30am until 6pm each day offering flexibility with options of morning and afternoon half days, 7.30am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm.
The nursery has five large, bright rooms offering plenty of space for children to learn and explore. Resources are thoughtfully arranged with everything at a low level for all ages to access independently. Our home corners help to make the children feel comfortable and safe.
Each nursery room has free flow access to garden spaces for the children to play, have fun, explore and learn. In our main garden we have a mud kitchen and plant patches to grow a variety of fruit and vegetables, supporting our Growing Gardeners programme. There are areas offering lots of physical fun, with bikes and scooters for the children to enjoy and the under two’s have their very own outdoor space.
