BT Builders

We initially invited 5 local builders to quote for a 2 storey extension to our 4 bedroom detached property, we received the 1st 4 quotes which were all similar in price between 130 -140k and were told work will take approx 6 months to complete, however when we received BT Builders quote we were amazed by the difference in price and confused why this was the case? We invited them back to ask the question why other quotes were so much higher than the 115k figure that he has quoted? He explained that he has no idea about any other builders costing or prices but did question the fact that they had all said the job would take approximately 6 months as he believed that his builders will have all works completed in 3 months which is 3 months less wages to pay on the job for tradesmen. He proceeded to confirm the 115k is the total cost and guarentee that the extension would be complete in 12 weeks, he clearly knew what he was talking about and his 30+ experience was evident because we did decide to use BT Builders, and to the day it was completed in 3 months exactly as he had said. The standard of work was excellent and brick/slate match near perfect from old to new, you need to look very hard to even tell it is an extension. We could not be happier with our choices of builder, and more importantly that it only took 3 months to complete saving us approx 20k which we have now used to book a trip with kids to disney land for a holiday of a lifetime, so many thanks from myself and all of the family for keeping to your word and making it a pain free process from start to finish.. couldn't recommend more highly. 10/10+ Thankyou BT Builders
