ABOUT

Alex originally trained as a curtain maker and upholsterer with the AMUSF at the London Met CASS Art School. Se now employs a wide range of makers & suppliers to provide completely bespoke, made to measure rtains, roman blinds, wooden venetian blinds & other soft furnishings including pelmets, cushion covers & tie backs. Alex can advise you about every aspect of your window coverings, and her is aim to provide the personal service and attention of an independent maker, whilst being able to take on any scale of project. She deals directly with every client from start to finish from taking on-site measurements to choosing fabrics & hanging your curtains personally. THE STUDIO

Alex welcomes you in to the studio to view fabrics, full size curtain & blind displays with each lining option and combination made up. Also an extensive range of curtain poles & tracks. It's a great way to see and feel how each style & Lining looks & feels. Alex stocks a wide range of fabric sample books & although it's not possible to have every fabric available on display, by coming in to take a look she is able to get a good understanding of what you are looking for, suggest alternative collections & make up sample packs for you.

By appointment Monday - Friday and weekends as required.

HOME VISITS & MEASURING UP

If you'd like to arrange an appointment at your home for Alex to take measurements & discuss your requirements for a no obligation estimate please get in touch.

A site visit allows Alex to see the windows in person & advise you about any technical details and what is possible for each particular window. It's also a great way for Alex to see the space and suggest fabrics that might work with the the colours & textures already in the room.

Should you decide to go ahead Alex encourages you to come in to the studio to make and confrim the final decisions about your project.
