We have been working with puppy owners sine 1986 to ensure that their young canine companions have the very best start in life. Our services start from the day a potential client makes an enquiry either via our website or by calling us. Several people phone us for advice before they even bring their puppy home or even to ask us what breed of dog would best suit their circumstances and home environment. We willingly offer puppy owners free advice over the phone and our popular 'Puppy Home Start' service involves a visit to the client in their own home with their family so that they can get things right from day one and provide all of the help and information that they need to avoid the many pitfalls that can be the difference between thoroughly enjoying the new arrival or allowing bad habits to manifest themselves making life a nightmare.

Education is an important part of your dogs development and you will quickly learn the differences between human and canine perceptions in common everyday situations and use this knowledge to full advantage when training your K9 Companion.

Of course our 'Puppy Socialisation and Training' classes are designed to help owners to integrate their puppies into society using a structured format that makes the process highly effective but also most enjoyable. We never forget the importance of making training fun for both he puppy and family members who we always encourage to come along with their puppy, after all, it is a companion for all members of the family. Using a balance between traditional training methods and an understanding of dog psychology, owners will quickly learn to live in harmony with their happy well adjusted dog.

We do not just cater for puppies, we have 'Obedience Classes' for dogs of all breeds and all ages from the basics through to competitive level.

While the majority of our clients comfortably progress through our training easily with their dogs, we recognise the special needs of those who have acquired an older dog that might not have had any previous formal training. To help these owners we even have a special 'Rescue Dog Class' that enables us to assess the dogs and assist the owners with any specific issues they might have as well as encouraging the dogs to bond with their new owners while introducing them to formal structured training.
