I looked at sometime ago and thought it was price then - it's a little like PPC with yahoo and bing does it actually bring you any traffic?

I am always amazed how some business are run at a loss (sometimes for tax reasons - which I can understand) however many business are valued on turnover rather than profit.

A company may turnover millions and only make thousands - is it worth it?

I have been doing some freelance work (I am a trained QS) for a company where the site manager had been pushing for an increase in labour to complete his project, but at the same time was not paying for the work that had already been done, sending contractual letters saying get it done or else.

This week the company went into administration.

So they had been trying to get as much work done as possible without paying the people I have been freelancing for.

As for your question about semoz - ask yourself what would google do if the top 40 people chasing the term you are chasing all have the same B+ grade ?

Where would google place you? - it is rarely just about logic or any specific criteria, I am currently doing seo on one of my own sites that in theory should be position one page one, more back links than competitors etc however it is currently bottom of page 2 on google.

Many many people only look at 2 or 3 keywords to promote their business, you must look at hundreds if possible.

For some reason a site that I am working with in my chrome browser on my laptop is showing the following site www.1strate.co.uk about 50% smaller on the screen than it should be, other laptop shows it just fine.
