How do you name a business? 14th August 2014 10:57 AM

It's also important to make sure your name doesn't violate any legal restrictions, like these: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/about/gbhtml/gp1.shtml#appA

thank you very much for sharing, a whole lot of helpful information! Schema.org used properly can generate better results for Google search!

It's surprising how big companies are becoming upset about a single bad review, without, e.g. offering the reviewer a visit back, apologising, stating the reason, I mean, being human!

But jumping into court proceedings is absolutely insane, in today's social networks environment, where people value freedom of speech more than anything.

Just have a look at this amazing piece of positive customer service form Wolves FC:

In a nutshell, the guy bought a Wolve's jersey, but it appeared to have an upside-down logo, so he was quite upset on Twitter... the officials replied with a letter, written upside down, and sent them a proper shirt, with tickets to the next match, when he could go to the dressing room, meet the players who then signed his shirt.

Do you know Gary Vaynerchuk? One may not fancy his style (and some will definitely be put off by his language) but I think the core message he's trying to send is quite right.

Think about it, what purpose other than personal vanity does buying in random traffic achieve?

Better to get 100 visitors a day and generate 20 leads, rather than paying for 1000 visitors a day and generating 10.

Perfectly valid point. You need to be focused on the quality of your traffic. I know it's hard... but the marketing is not an easy and straight-forward thing, although these services can promise you otherwise

Wonga sharks - using fake lawyers! 27th June 2014 10:34 AM

Thank you for sharing this here. It's a disgrace how Wonga has treated its customers. Every solicitor in the UK has to be registered with the Law Society, and you can easily verify them there.

More information here: www.lawsociety.org.uk

It's always good to verify that you are dealing with the authorised solicitor, especially after hearing this!

The Bitcoin is now becoming more stable (at least getting less of the media coverage over fraud or misuse). Anyway, I think it's both the passion for new techniques of payment, more computerised, free of charge and free of any governmental manipulation, of which so many are wary nowadays

how can you create a gun or object that is more substantial? ”

You can imagine how the U.S. Federal authorities freaked out, when they heard about it

Maybe it's because you can print a lot of things on these ones, even very dangerous, like guns. This means that people will be soon able to access lots of new items that were so far banned or unachievable, simply by downloading a file from the Internet.

As usual, it's got its good and bad sides, but it will surely improve production and efficiency of many processes in our life, so I look forward to seeing it grow!

Landspeed record attempt ! 13th June 2014 5:09 PM

I think the reason is people want to break barriers, overcome the obstacles and go one step further. It's the same as with the entrepreneurs. They've decided to quit their day jobs and take risk to build something different.

Sir Edmund Hillary asked why he climbed to Mt Everest, he replied "because it was there."

Sometimes the very idea of reaching beyond your limits is what drives us forward!

On another note - we've got a free live Q&A on Twitter with solicitors, feel free to join in at #LegalFriday
