Get Business Leads? 11th April 2011 11:33 AM
Hi, Friends

I am Grace Martin, I have One Question? How to Get Business Leads for My Web Design Company Website. I am Waiting for your Good Suggestions.

Thanks
Grace

Seriously, don't you think you're taking liberties? I'm all for helping people but come on this is over the top!
I wouldn't do any of the things you suggest, except maybe a little for fun if that's what I wanted.
No, for me it would be playing the stock market and currency markets. I'd make sure I had a balanced portfolio in different sectors and different areas of the world and with the instant dealing on line, I would be able to buy and sell at an instant as opportunities presented themselves.

I would also be using the net to look at property opportunities right now!

At the moment, I just have a certain amount of money allocated and use that. I'm more than happy with results over the years but more money would mean lots more opportunities.
The one one I have learned is not to over-react with the markets, thats a sure way to sell at the bottom and buy at the top when you want to do the opposite.
So recognising when to buy and sell, not being too greedy, take some profit when its available and even being realistic about taking a loss at certain times. Of course I've made lots of mistakes too but thats the best way to learn.
Oil prices surge to fresh highs... 8th April 2011 9:04 AM
Some Friday good news for you

"Oil prices have surged to a two-and-a-half-year high on concerns about a shortfall in supply..."
BBC News - Oil prices surge to fresh highs on supply concerns

The most efficient cartels in the world!!

That penny reduction is really making a difference

Cynicism prevails with the obvious advantage to the treasury with increased revenue from this price hike!

Have to thank you for the link, I missed this, I'm in the middle of listening to it now. I'm on the phone-in pop quiz. Brilliant!!!

I have seen some young people really want to do something in there spare time and have offered money to learn from people who have done it but some people simply don

Personally I don't see any reason not to aid people or pass on your knowledge and wisdom to those that want to know and are willing to progress their knowledge/skill base.

However since starting MagnifyB it can sometimes depend on time and how much mentoring is needed.

As I said earlier, it depends on many things. The business you're in, who is asking and so on. For instance, if its an independent Graphic designer asking for advice on a new software package from another of the same ilk and they are both prepared to 'collaborate' in the same way, that make sense and there would be no reason to encourage it.
However, if its one rival company asking advice of another rival which could impact business, you couldn't justify that.
