My training was integrative, which means that I work across a wide range of different therapeutic approaches - adopting the most appropriate approach for individual clients and the issues presented.
My special interests are working with relationships, bereavement, loss and mental health issues - including generalised anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem and depression.
