Obviously not the sharpest tool in the box, seems this chump somehow dialed 999 and then hung up making the Police respond as a concern for welfare issue.
Upon arriving at the location a local bobby discovered 18 cannabis plants in his front room, promptly leading to an arrest - oh dear - not a good day
