This office is a total waste of time rang them today got through to an automated answering machine got through all the security questions then told they were to busy and i got cut off. Im sure if i owed them money i would have got to speak to some body ,this offi ce is a total waste of tax payers money it needs closing down is there any MP,s out there that can offer some help

Contacted office as I owe tax. On hold, listening to irriatating music etc for about 25 minutes. Finally operative said forms will be sent out. Week later still no forms. Repeated exercise and phoned again. Told that forms can take up to 2 weeks to arrive! We are now 4 weeks on and still no forms. How much training is required to put a form into an envelope? Don't deserve even a one star rating.

What a load of crap, trying to register for VAT, sent heaps of info that they asked for, sent a letter giving me 2 weeks to send more info, arrived day I was on 2 weeks holiday, sent over the info they asked for via fax, have been ringing the number they give on their letter, 03000523240 for 4 straight hours, ITS ENGAGED..........phoned the helpline and guess what, they cant help. Probably all finished early as its the bank holiday weekend! Disgusting lack of service!

i have been contacted by the VAT office Wolverhampton twice. Each time I was not available. I was left a number to ring 03000523240. I have rung this number over 50 times over a number of days. It is always either engaged or cuts off if it rings out. It does not do call back.

tax office to busy to take my call at 16.30 and told to ring back AGAIN on a phone line that costs ME money.suspect they wanted to go home so left all there answer phones on or took phones off the hook.
