Ventnor Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

The royalmail depot is just round the corner from me, sometimes when expecting post I will go to the office just before the posties leave and collect my post, this is advantageous for both parties, I get my post straight away and the posties do not have to carry it around. The staff are usually most helpful but there is one member who is always antagonistic, he seems to have no flexibility in his thinking
Today I went to pick up a parcel from yesterday and gave the card , he was taking longer to find it than usual I pointed to a parcel on the desk and asked if it was that one, which it was, to point out the parcel I had peered through the window opening , a bit aggravated because he did not find it he obviously wanted to have a go at someone so he has a go at me probably because I look weak , and he threatened me. He has been antagonistic towards me on every occasion.

It is unfortunate that those who are not strong enough to deal with things and have no flexibility in their thinking pick on weak looking people . And if anything is said they often are more antagonistic.
