Spoke to Brad yesterday about an excess fee notification for a letter . Call was answered almost immediately. He couldn’t answer my question but was extremely helpful in explaining the process and pointing me in the right direction.

I posted a Special Delivery package from Devon to my sister who lives in Tiptree. I managed to write the incorrect house number on the package. Realising my error I rang Tiptree sorting office and spoke to a very nice helpful man. He located the package and corrected the house number for me. Very grateful as this was a birthday present. Totally recommend this sorting office for the customer service provided.
