My son sent my husband a birthday present to arrive on 4th October. It came from Amazon, fulfilled by Sox U Wear , and I had a phone message to say it had been delivered, that the delivery had been made to our address or to one of our neighbours, and that if the item had been delivered to a neighbour, then a note will have been left telling us which neighbour it was. We have received neither note nor the item "delivered". Attempts to get in touch with the local sorting office were fruitless, as apparently they close at 12.30. This is very disappointing, as I expect you can imagine, as it is my husband's birthday TODAY, and my son made an effort to get the present here on the day, paying for fast delivery. Not good enough, Royal Mail.
