I PAID EXTRA FOR FIRST CLASS DELIVERY [NEXT DAY] IT ONLY HAD 3 MILES TO BE DELIVERED FROM SA4 TO SA5. IT IS NOW 12/8/17 AND HER BIRTHDAY PRESENT HAS ' STILL' NOT BEEN DELIVERED, SO I HAD TO BUY MY NIECE SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD ! I AM URGING ROYAL MAIL TO LOCATE THIS PARCEL A S A P, AND SEND IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHICH IS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE. IT IS A SMALL GREY 'AMAZON' WRAPPER WITH A WHITE LABEL ON FRONT. GOING TO SA5, 5EX. Ms k evans
