I've lost count of the number of letters found on the floor and on the street. I don't know why the postie repeatedly fails to miss the letter box. If this was any other company, they'd likely have been out of business years ago.
Complaints about the poor service go unanswered, which, ironically, is precisely what happens to the missing letters.
