In the last few weeks I have experienced the following with firsr class mail. All cards - one posted Cardiff,one posted Mold and one posted Rhyl on same day all took four days to get to me.Then two cards posted Southhampton took severn days to get to me. Why such a delay?
My post doesn't appear to come via the post man and arrives via a van after postman has been. I have received as many as twelve items at one delivery In fact it would appear that my post is not delivered daily but I seem to get a week at a time.
A lot of money has been spent for FIRST CLASS delivery and above is I believe a problem.
I live in Kinmel Bay and would appreciate some explanation for the above.

Such a rude lady(saying this loosely) at pick up counter today,definatly needs customer service training.Calling the customer a lier is not the way to conduct a business,shame on you!!!
