This service is an outrage. I would like to rate it minus 5. One out of two deliveries is missing. The postman tickes a box "delivered" not bothering to come to the address. I made compaints numerous times and nothing changes.

Putney sorting office. Rude staff and unhelpful. Twice recently I have been in the house - the bell has not rung, but I have found a delivery card on the mat. Attempted to pick up 2 packages addressed to my daughter, at our address this morning - I had identification, address etc but as I had no identification for her - she is abroad until September - the parcels were not released to me. I did have an email from her which I printed, requesting me to collect the parcels for her but was told, very rudely, that I could have written it myself !!!??? I can request re- delivery but have no guarantee that I will be in and even if I am in, no guarantee that the postman will bother to ring the bell!!! How do you suggest I get these parcels ?????

Through the summer I have had a friendly and reliable postman (the old school), now they've changed and I'm receiving post for addresses several roads away, my neighbours post etc. Unlike myself, I don't think a lot of people will take the time to re-post or deliver personally if my post goes astray. I don't know who they are employing at the moment, but get a grip please. I will be complaining to the Head Office.

We are a business operating in Putney and are constantly receiving mail for other businesses that is clearly marked with different addresses. There is definitely a problem at the sorting office. We posted (first class) a contract to someone IN Putney and it took over a WEEK to get there. When we tried to speak to the guy at the sorting office he was very off-ish, and to put it plainly, actually rude. Not impressed with Putney sorting office. Receive much better service from other Royal Mail branches.

I have not been recieving ay post to my address at SW15 for a long time now. There is definateley a big problem within the sorting office, as it seems they are not capable of delivering my very important post at all!!! Disgraceful service, an investigation should be in order at the PUTNEY SORTING OFFICE!!!

This is an appaling service. The so called service a disgrace.
Royal Mail delivery in SW15 very bad indeed.
NEVER know when the post is likely to arrive - often late in the afternoon, and a real hassle when waiting for a delivery that will not go through the letter box.
A lot of time, postman delivers to wrong address, a wildly wrong address infact.
Unbelievable!
And the cost for a stamp just continues to go through the roof.
