Donna and her team are the most amazing company , they go above and beyond to keep all their customers happy.

We lost our wonderful son earlier this year and Donna couldn’t have been more supportive offering to help in anyway and checking on us to make sure we were coping. For that we are extremely grateful.

Our son always used Pristine Clean for his windows, guttering and down pipes. They always do an absolutely brilliant job. There’s always a message to let you know when they would be at your home and how much it would cost. Any job they undertake will be done to perfection.

Used these a fair few times and always been very pleased.Rotator Cuff issues forbid me doing it and I should off employed them years ago (might of prevented it) But Im always pleased. Ive had all three jobs done with them now, Soffits and Fascias, driveway and Conservatory and always been well chuffed.

I recently used Pristine Clean for all the outside of our house, soffit and fascia, gutters, conservatory, windows and doors etc. What an amazing job they've done it looks like a completely different house now. The soffit and fascia I don't think had ever been done in around 20 years and look back to new! The guy who visited was very friendly, hard-working and good communication about the work e.g. asking whether we were happy for him to walk on the roof tiles. Excellent service from back-end office too, you can tell this is a family run business and they care about their customers. I will happily recommend Pristine Clean to my family and friends, and use them in future.

Have had my windows cleaned by them for the last couple of years. Done regularly every 6 weeks and always done to a good standard, including windows, sills and doors. Excellent communication with text on the day before cleaning. Reasonably priced, would recommend.

Fantastic service provided the house looks lovely now with all facias and guttering actually white! I had been in contact via whatsapp to get a quote which was so easy and whilst we were waiting for someone to come out we noticed we were missing a stop end and had a hole in the mortar next to the roof, pristine clean filled the hole for us and put us on a new stop end with any additional charge.

All staff we have dealt with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service from Donna was efficient, a quote was sent within 24 hours of contacting her, and it was very competitive in comparison to other quotes. Donna also went out of her way to accommodate my request at short notice. David did an excellent job on our driveway, and went above and beyond with advice about how to manage weed regrowth. The drive looks brand new, so much so that everyone that walks by asks if we have had a new driveway installed! Excellent service from booking to completed job. Conservatory now looks as good as new after several years of neglect. All lichen, moss and grime removed. A very thorough job.
