Pristine Clean have been looking after our windows for years. Excellent work and really good communication. This year I also asked them to clean our gutters. It was a grim job, well overdue and one that was done brilliantly for a fair price, with care and thought ( even reflecting on where to put all the grime so that our green bin wasn't glooped up and we got the chance to use all that fertile leaf matter in the garden). I am sure it took much longer than was anticipated.

Its the little things that make the difference, and not only did David obviously take pride and care in what he was doing, but he did so cheerfully, and cleaned up meticulously after even though the job required walking through the house. I'd definitely recommend and check out their other services as I hadn't realised they did gutters until I asked.

A few months back I decided it was time to look for a window cleaner (My days of hanging out the windows & standing on a ladder are well & truly gone lol!!)

I spent a while researching on line for local window cleaners and came across Pristine Clean Nottingham. I liked there easy to navigate website with all the information needed for what I was looking for & I sent email requesting initially a one-off clean.

I was very impressed with being kept well informed via sms & email of the date intended to visit (& details of how easy was to contact them in advance if the date was not convenient to rearrange)

The gentleman who attended to clean my windows was very thorough. Got on with the job in hand. Very professional, respectfully to my property and I have to say my windows (& sills) have never been cleaner.

I have to admit that the windows are gleaming, much better than I have ever been able to do myself by sitting on the upstairs window sills with my arm out stretched practically hanging out the window or standing on a ladder downstairs trying to get into the corners and leave smudge free without breaking my neck & taking me 2 hours to get the downstairs/ upstairs done.

The price is excellent value for money. An invoice is sent via email to confirm amount to paid after your windows have been cleaned. And I like that you can pay by varies ways to suit you.

My windows have been cleaned a few times now and I have decided that Pristine Clean Nottingham are going to clean my windows for me forever & have set up a direct debit to pay so I don't even have to think about it.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and professional cleaning services in Nottingham!

I have been using Pristine clean for several years now, initially this was just for window cleaning but for the last couple of years I have also had them come and clean my gutters.
For both, the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning they always do an excellent job. Communication is excellent with advance messages to advice the date they will be coming, they always turn up on this date and complete the work to a high standard and even follow up after the job to ensure I’m happy with the results of the work (they offer a 24 hour guarantee on the work but I have never had any need to use this).
If you are looking for a reliable, quality window cleaner in the Nottingham area then I can highly recommend Pristine Clean.

Donna and her team are the most amazing company , they go above and beyond to keep all their customers happy.

I recently used Pristine Clean for all the outside of our house, soffit and fascia, gutters, conservatory, windows and doors etc. What an amazing job they've done it looks like a completely different house now. The soffit and fascia I don't think had ever been done in around 20 years and look back to new! The guy who visited was very friendly, hard-working and good communication about the work e.g. asking whether we were happy for him to walk on the roof tiles. Excellent service from back-end office too, you can tell this is a family run business and they care about their customers. I will happily recommend Pristine Clean to my family and friends, and use them in future.

Fantastic service provided the house looks lovely now with all facias and guttering actually white! I had been in contact via whatsapp to get a quote which was so easy and whilst we were waiting for someone to come out we noticed we were missing a stop end and had a hole in the mortar next to the roof, pristine clean filled the hole for us and put us on a new stop end with any additional charge.

Donna also went out of her way to accommodate my request at short notice. David did an excellent job on our driveway, and went above and beyond with advice about how to manage weed regrowth. What can I say? Pristine Clean Nottingham arrived on time, early one morning and began the mammoth task of exterior cleaning my property. Eddie helped me move some of the larger patio furniture and then he climbed a ladder and cleared out all the gutters. He then cleaned them and the soffits so thoroughly that they look new. Then came the time to do my patio areas; There are a lot and Eddie got stuck in and made them look amazing. I'd forgotten what the original colour was! All areas were left clean, neat and tidy, so much so that I don't want to walk on them and leave footprints! I would highly recommend Pristine Clean to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, hardworking, honest company. They went above and beyond for me as I also have a large amount of moss for which they kindly sourced products for me to reduce this problem. Thank you so much. Excellent service throughout. Donna was very helpful in providing a quotation for the work based on my photos. Her administration in organising a date for the work was very efficient. I received a reminder the day before and Eddie, who carried out the work, arrived promptly with all the professional equipment needed to do a good job. He worked very hard in very hot weather and the standard of cleaning was excellent. Pristine Clean is the best cleaning company I have ever used. I always know when they are coming as they text and email the day before. There is no problem at all if the date is not suitable and they re-arrange. The windows and surrounds are always left sparkling. First cleaning company who have cleaned the window frames as a matter of course. Staff exceptionally pleasant and highly professional. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic Customer service offered via Pristine Clean. They are so friendly and professional. I had my Driveway clean by Pristine and it is immaculate - Looks brand new again. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and well worth the money / cost.
We would highly recommend Pristine.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have always received a high quality service . I have regular window cleaning and receive text alerts before the clean is due which is very helpful. I also have external property cleans about twice a year and they are always done thoroughly, my bins are regularly cleaned which leaves them fresh. The most important thing is that this company is very focused on their customers needs and are always very responsive to queries. I would highly recommend Pristine.

Donna and her team are polite and professional. I always look forward to coming home and seeing my house after Pristine Clean have come as they always do a lovely job. I really like the notifications before they come as they give me the flexibility to change the date if I?m away.

I am so pleased to have finally found a company who have done an amazing job cleaning my block paving and also cleaning my soffitts, fascias and gutters. Eddie and James arrived on the scheduled day, they were friendly and efficient and did a fantastic job. They came the next day to sand the paving and it looks great. I wish I could post a before & after pictures so you could see the difference as it was just a mass of weeds and moss. I'd been kept informed about the job from the very start by Donna who has been brilliant. I cannot recommend Pristine Clean highly enough and will be hiring them every year as I live in a woodland area so the weeds come back no matter what in the spring. I also recently started using them for window cleaning and the windows were spotless and gleaming.

Excellent from Start to Finish. Request a quote and once received was not pestered was followed up with one phone call to see if I had any questions that needed answering. Booking was nice and easy over the phone with plenty of dates and times to suit. Communication was superb throughout and once the cleaning had been complete I was really impressed. The inside and outside of the windows were spotless and the conservatory roof looked brand new. Would highly recommend.
