Prescot Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

I have registered with the Mail Preference Service Door to stop Door Mail items being delivered to my address, for example leaflets .

Can any person employed by the Post Office explain why the post office ignore this request ? our Post person still pushes these unwanted leaflets through my letter box, i drew his attention to the sticker situated adjacent to the letter dox stating No Junk Mail or un addressed mail.

His reply was, he had to post it because they get paid for doing so, i just cant make him see that i don't want unwanted leaflets littering my hall way . The Post Office are the only one who choose to ignore this instruction displayed on my letter box. yet i have registered with them not to deliver any unwanted mail or any un addressed mail.

fletcher avenue in prescot gets mixed up with hamnet road on a weekly basis we do not have a regular postman anymore so the postman or woman does not get to know the area therfore our mail goes to hamnet raod very often, we have just come home this afternoon to find yet again a different postman trekking over our front lawn and not using the path this is not acceptable especially when its been raining non stop for 18 hours TNT a new compant delivering mail for the past month have not messed up once and also dont take short cuts over peoples lawns
