Been at our new address for a week. Had one redelivery booked that never turned up. Great fun sitting around all day waiting for it. Another redelivery booked based on the 'sorry I missed you' card. Turns out it was left out front. It's like stepping back to the bad old days when the Royal Mail as a whole wasn't fit for purpose.
