Disappointed to see a “ can’t deliver as delivery address was inaccessible “ last night at 8:59pm. After waiting in All day.
Both our gates were open, we had other parcels delivered yesterday 2/9/25
We also have a ring doorbell , which didn’t show anything attempted to be delivered.
I understand sometimes you run late. But to put out falsehoods is unacceptable.
Trying to call today and with a wait time of over 20 minutes is crazy seeing as I can only call between 8-10 am.

10.05 Monday 1st August
I ant to talk to someone at Royal Mail involved in collection of mail from my local mailbox at the level crossing gates in Brockenhurst.
The phone number on the Royal Mail website, although labelled customer support,03456 021 021 is a line dedicated to re-delivery and nothing else.
The number in the phonebook is unobtainable. The number for Lymington collection/delivery office merely repeats a recorded message that you are unable to take my call and must ring between after 7.30--It is now 10.20am
The rest of the recorded message is delivered so quickly as to be incomprehensible.
Just how do I get through to someone that talks and can deal with a problem that is not covered by the boxes on your websites
PS why give yourselves a "one star" rating when you have been given the worst possible rating for every heading?
