Leominster Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

My local P.O. in Tenbury Wells being temporarily closed down left me very anxious when small package was not delivered after 4 weeks from Australia sent air mail. In desperation I travelled to Leominster sorting office. There I was treated with the utmost courtesy the man at counter doing all he could to go through their system to locate the package. Nothing being found he promised to contact me in Tenbury if the package arrived at Leominster. This he did so, the package at last arrived and was put immediately on to the relevant postal round. As it was my 83rd. birthday gift from my 85yr. old sister in Australia I was delighted, as was she, the package turned up. The smile on the delivery post man's face added to my great pleasure (I had been chasing postal vans at times!). I cannot fault the care and treatment I received at a worrying time and although belated I wish to send a huge thank you to Leominster sorting office - after all 83rd. birthdays tend to go on a bit!
