Very much depends on the day you go as to the service you receive. The chap there is great, the lady is brusque and not familiar with all services esp eBay. Had a pre paid Parcelforce 48 parcel today, had to stop them processing as a return and eventual receipt is for a standard parcel so tracking is not available now . More staff training needed methinks.
