King's Lynn Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

Have used the office for many years and have never had a problem. All staff including the ones who deliver my post, have always been polite and friendly. Just want to say a big thankyou. X

I would just like to say thank you to the post person who delivers around Earsham drive, Kings lynn. I left my keys in my front door when I went out and the post person kindly gave them to my neighbour. What a kind, caring, reliable, honest, staff you have in your work force! Pass on a big Thank you to them.

I use this sorting office a few times every week, all the staff are polite and helpful.

I posted a parcel which cost just under ?6 to send but unfortunately I had mistakenly wrote house number 2 instead of 3, this parcel was then returned to me a few days later saying address not recognised, my husband took the parcel back to sorting office in king's lynn and explained that it wasn't really fair that we would have to pay again because it could have been delivered because the name and rest of address were correct, he asked to speak to someone in charge because the first man on desk was quite rude, he then had to pay another ?6 to get it delivered with the correct house number this time and low and behold the door knocked again today and it had been sent back to me again because the man in the post office failed to remove or cover up stickers that had been attached the first time, I am very annoyed and dissatisfied with this service and your staff it seems need retraining on rules and customer service
