If you set targets and dead lines it is essential that you have enough staff to meet them. Staff operating from the Halstead sorting office were unable to deliver within the time deadline of 1 o'clock due to insufficient staffing levels. The postman was most apologetic but feel very strongly that it was not his fault. I have always found the staff to be professional,helpful and efficient. As my delivery will be registered as a failure on the computerized system I wish to register that the delivery did not fail. I would like this review forward to the Halstead sorting office in an effort to support the excellent service the staff offer.
